Access to Apoio services is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Platform Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

Users must utilize the Apoio platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: transmitting harmful content, attempting unauthorized access to system resources, engaging in fraudulent activities, or violating third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage guidelines.

SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive promotional and transactional SMS messages from Apoio at a frequency of up to four (4) messages per week. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your carrier. You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to our messages. This service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable Brazilian telecommunications regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights Protection

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Apoio platform remain the exclusive property of Apoio Service Locacao e Promocao de Vendas Ltda or our licensed partners. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from our proprietary content without express written authorization.

Health Product Disclaimers and Limitations

Any supplements or health-related products available through Apoio are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These products have not been evaluated by ANVISA or equivalent regulatory bodies. Consult with qualified healthcare professionals before using any supplements, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or take medications.

Service Availability and Performance Warranties

Apoio provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability and Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Apoio Service Locacao e Promocao de Vendas Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
